Barbie saying I don’t feel perfect anymore and how she never has been president or written a book or done something important and that absolutely struck a cord with me that I started tearing up in the movie theater. I felt seen just by that moment of barbie being vulnerable.
It’s always “Sansa was so stupid and naive for not immediately understanding that Joffrey was a total creep” and never “Not one member of her family decided to warn her that their dad had handed her over to a total creep for the rest of her life”.
Like, if you want to talk about Sansa “betraying Ned and selling out her family” (which she never did, but never mind), first explain to me how they didn’t betray and sell her out first.
